Once the land is secured, we coordinate the installation of infrastructure services including water and sewer systems, gas and hydro, phone and data lines, and storm water management systems such as catch basins and storm retention ponds.
For third-party land acquisitions, we can assist with the purchase, due diligence, underwriting, and closing as well as arrange financing for the purchase and construction.
