As Executive Vice President, Andre Mihelic leads all aspects of project underwriting and financing and oversees the operations and property management at First Gulf. He brings 25 years of diversified real estate industry experience in finance, acquisitions, development, and construction with some of Canada’s leading real estate firms including Minto, RioCan, and SmartCentres. Mr. Mihelic holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Professional Engineer designation in Ontario.
