Full-Building Lease Secured at Speers Road
First Gulf is excited to share that a full-building lease has been secured at 625 Bronte Rd in Oakville, part of Bronte Station Business Park, a first-class industrial development completed in 2024.
The lease comprises 291,000 square feet, with the entire building committed to DP World, a global third-party logistics provider.
Located just off the QEW, Bronte Station Business Park offers strong connectivity to the western GTA transportation network and access to a large employment and consumer base, making it well suited for modern logistics and distribution operations.
Securing a full-building tenant at Speers Road is another example of First Gulf’s expertise in delivering high-quality industrial buildings and successfully leasing them to leading global occupiers.
