First Gulf partnered with Alectra to deliver its new 215,000 square foot operations centre at 200 Kennedy Road South in Brampton. This LEED Gold certified facility consolidates operations for more than 400 employees serving Mississauga and Brampton, advancing Alectra’s goal of achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.

Designed with sustainability and efficiency in mind, the centre features office space, collaboration zones, and an indoor service-vehicle garage. Environmental highlights include dedicated outdoor air systems that cut greenhouse gas emissions by 43 percent beyond LEED Gold standards, a 500 kW rooftop solar array generating over 800 MWh annually, and more than 30 electric vehicle charging stations for fleet and public use.

Completed in December 2022, the project reflects Alectra’s commitment to innovation and First Gulf’s expertise in delivering sustainable, high-performance facilities that strengthen communities across Ontario.
