Russell Hill Retirement Community

Developed through a partnership of Great Gulf Homes and Signature Retirement Living, First Gulf was engaged as third-party contractors to bring this beautiful new retirement living building to the St. Clair neighbourhood.  

This 98,000 sf seniors apartment building, delivered through a construction management contract, is seven-storeys and includes one level of underground parking.  The entire structure is poured concrete with masonry/aluminum glazed panel facade. The First Gulf construction team worked extensively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a quality building was delivered on time and on budget.
